Several years ago, Xiongcai had engineered a motor controller for automotive engine cooling---XCA107, which has been using in automotive engine for years.   ACHR, a company rooted in automotive water pump for decades, contacted us and inquired about motor controller for automotive electric water pump. The client was really picky, their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.

Our RD team evaluated the requirements and believed that it was worth trying. R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA107. In the several month, we repeated designing, sampling, testing and modifying, and finally we pushed all parameters up to customer’s standard.  After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA107 motor controller for water pump was approved. The client has introduced this product for several years till now.
