This is a new industry, client focused on safety reliability, setting extremely high standard on motor controller. Their engineer team was really picky and a lot of suppliers was intimidated by the demanding requirements. Both safety and budget would be satisfied.  

The R&D team accessed the requirements on the list one by one, and one week later they decided to take this advancement works. Engineered from ground up, the R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously, and launched a high voltage motor controller called UF100 with 100A, 48-96S, 158-427v power system.

In the next months, R&D team repeated the designing, testing, modifying and testing. Finally, four months later, the team had all parameters meet customer’s requirements, balancing performance and budget, including safety. After one-year test and verification in vehicle testing, Xiongcai UF100 motor controller was approved. This product has been introducing by XPeng Aerocar since 2021.  

Xiongcai UF100 motor controller provides protection measures including under voltage, over voltage, over current, low temperature, over temperature, plugging, reverse connection, short circuit, this means the motor controller may stop working due to some reason but never be damaged.
