We need to satisfy the greatest automobile engine group in China—FAWDE. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.  

RD team evaluated the requirements and everyone wanted to have a try. Our team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA105, making all parameters up to customer’s requirements. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA105 motor controller for automotive electric fuel pump was approved. The client has introduced this product for 6 years till now.  

Xiongcai RD team designed perfect protection measures to protect the motor.

1.    Peak current limit. This measure will limit the peak current to avoid damage to motor;

2.    Single PWM periodical current detection limit reduces impact of pulse current to motor;

3.     Waterproof is designed for all weather condition, up to IP67. The ESC is potted in epoxy to protect the electronics and improve heat transfer, enabling motor controller working in any condition at a lower temperature; And more protection measures including under voltage, over voltage, over current, low temperature, over temperature, plugging, reverse connection, short circuit protection.

Furthermore, XCA105 motor controller for automotive electric fuel pump was certified by CSIPER25, ISO11452-2, ISO10605, ISO16750, ISO7637,  and we are an IATF16949 certified company.
